Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness titles. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as feasible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
